Cream Sandwich. Make sure you have:
1)USB Cable
2)Lastest Version of Samsung Kies(if you dont have it, you can download it at http://www.samsungapps.com/about/onPc.as?COUNTRY_CODE=AUS&LANGUAGE_CODE=ENG),please make sure the version of Samsung Kies is 2.3.1 or above.If not, kindly update the
version of Samsung Kies by clicking Help > Check Update.
3)Samsung Galaxy SII I9100G
After you done, please follow the step as I mention below:
Step 1: Connect your phone via USB cable. By default, when your device connected successful, it will prompt out a message as
below:
*Note: Please make sure the lastest firmware version is PDA:LP6/PHONE:LP6/CSC:LP6(XME)
Step 2: Then clicks "Update", and make sure you have check "I have read all of the above Information", and then Samsung Kies will start downloading the lastest firmware.
Note: Don't unplug the USB cable in this moment.
Step 3: After you finished downloaded the firmware, Samsung Kies will install the firmware into your phone. Your Phone will restart and doing the step of update.
Note: Just let it run itself and wait patiently.
Step 4: Done..
